Our product delivery arrangement is designed to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable coffee experience from the moment you place your order to the moment you take your first sip.

Delivery Services

We offer a range of delivery services to cater to your needs:

  • Standard SF Regular EXPRESS Delivery Service (Hong Kong, SAR of China)
  • SF Express Locker (Hong Kong, SAR of China)

Shipping Fee

Our general delivery policy is as follows:

  • FREE LOCAL DELIVERY on every order over HK$500
  • Special Promotion: FREE LOCAL DELIVERY when you order 2 packs of coffee beans (200g)
  • HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for orders below HK$500 (if product weight is above 1kg, +$12/kg)

Areas in Service

Our standard delivery service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Outlying Islands. Please note that delivery service is not available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Islands. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Standard Shipping Schedule

Under normal circumstances, your shipment will arrive at the shipping address within 3-5 business days. Please note the following:

  • Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays)
  • Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions
  • Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make further arrangements
  • Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery
  • All orders must be signed for upon delivery

SF Express Lockers (Hong Kong, SAR of China only)

If you prefer the convenience of self-pickup, you can choose to have your order delivered to an SF Express Locker. Here's how it works:

  • Orders can be delivered to SF Express Lockers selected by you at checkout
  • The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications
  • The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment
  • Under normal circumstances, the shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-3 business days
  • Customer should retrieve their order from the selected locker within 30 hours of SMS notification
  • If you encounter any difficulties, please directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline

Shipment Tracking/Change of Shipping Address

To track your shipment or make changes to the shipping address, please contact SF Express directly. Please note the following:

  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make further arrangements
