Bertulfo Obando is a member from the Red Association in El Aguila and has been growing coffee with his family for his life. La Oculta is 1.5 hectares in size and mainly produces washed coffee, they are using an 36 hours extended fermentation to increase the quality and complexity under the advice from the Red Association, to maintain a sustainable production and profitable crop.
